How certification fits into deployment
Holding a credential does not automatically mean a deployment goes smoothly. What it does mean is that the person configuring your chatbot has been tested on the platform's actual constraints — rate limits, webhook structures, fallback handling.
Each project at Ravonilek is assigned a lead whose certifications match the target platforms. If a deployment spans three channels, the lead holds credentials for each.
